This is an Application seeking impleadment of the Applicants being legal representatives of the deceased Petitioner No.4-Mandakini Jagdish Nanavati who is stated to have passed away on 10 March 2015. katkam 1/2

k 2/2 4 ia 20132.22 in wp as.doc Detailed reasons have been given in the Application with a view to explain the delay in filing the present Application. We have gone through the Application and find that sufficient cause has been shown by the Applicants for condoning the delay. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 has too expressed no serious objection if the delay in filing the present Application is condoned.

Be that as it may, the Interim Application is allowed. The names of Applicants shall be added as legal representatives of deceased Petitioner No.4 in the Petition.

Amendment be carried out accordingly. Reverification is dispensed with.

List the Petition on 3 July 2023.
