Learned Counsel for the petitioner is unaware as to the arrears of maintenance amount as on today. Admittedly, the challenge is made to the Consent Terms entered into between the parties before the Family Court, Bandra.

Learned Counsel for the respondents states that as on today the petitioner is in arrears of Rs.7 lakhs.
