The Petitioner has made grievances in respect of the Award, which was passed far back on 25-01-2010. The Writ Petition is filed in the year 2016. The Petitioner has received compensation under the Award. It appears that the Petitioner wants enhanced compensation by way of this Petition.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, we dismiss the Petition only on the ground of delay and laches.
