After this petition was argued for some time, Mr.Deshpande appearing for Zilla Parishad, Pune, on instructions from Mr.Navnath Vanve-Deputy Education Officer, Zilla Parishad Pune present in court, says that in response to the representation of the petitioner, copy of which is at page 22 of the petition and further in the light of the communication from the Block Education Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Maval, addressed to the Education Officer (Primary) of the Zilla Parishad, Pune dated 18th June, 2018, in the facts and circumstances peculiar to the J.V.Salunke,PA

907-WP.6899.2018.doc petitioner's case, the Zilla Parishad withdraws the order of transfer. The petitioner will be allowed to resume duties at his original place of work prior to his transfer. Pursuant to the order and which is impugned in this petition, if the petitioner has been relieved from duties and some other teacher has joined his place, then, without in any manner affecting the interest of both and without creating any unhealthy situation and enmity between the teachers, the steps to rectify the defect would be taken by the Zilla Parishad. Either way, the petitioner would not be transferred. 2.
