Mr. Himanshu Takke, learned counsel for the Applicants submit that the amount of Rs.4,31,000/- was the amount awarded by the learned Tribunal.

None appears for the Respondents.

The Insurance Company has deposited the entire amount in the Court. It appears that Rs. 5,22,533/- is invested in the State Bank of Hyderabad, Mandvi Branch, Mumbai on 12th June, 2015.

The Applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 5,22,533/- along with interest. The amount apportioned is Vishal Parekar 1/2

The Applicant No. 1 be paid an amount of Rs. 2,22,533/- and the remaining amount be paid equally i.e. Rs.1,00,000/- each to Applicant Nos. 2 to 4. The cheque in regard to interest be drawn separately in the name of Applicant No.1. 6.

The Appellants are directed to give an undertaking that if the Appeal goes against them, they shall deposit the entire amount in lumpsum.
