This is an application filed by Original Respondent No.1 in Writ Petition No.7860 of 2008 for final hearing of Writ Petition No.7860 of 2008, or, in the alternate, for vacating the stay granted on 28th August 2009. Learned counsel for the Applicant is, however, absent. Learned counsel for the Respondents to this application is present and submits that he has no objection to expedite the hearing of the Writ Petition. 2.

In view thereof, Writ Petition, hearing of which is already fixed by this Court vide order dated 6th February 2014, is now kept for final hearing on 29th January 2018.
