Heard Mr. Soni, learned counsel for the Applicants, and Ms. Inamdar, learned counsel for Respondent No.1. 2.
Perused the affidavit-in-reply filed by Respondent No.1. Considering that the delay is only of 79 days in preferring the Civil Revision Application and the reason given that, on account of renovation work of the Advocate's Office of the Applicants, there was a delay, in the interest of substantive cause of justice, the delay can be condoned, subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/-.

Accordingly, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The delay caused in preferring the Civil Revision Application is condoned, subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- by the Applicants to the Respondents within a period of four weeks from the date of this order.

Needless to state that, in case of non-compliance of this order within the stipulated time, this order would stand, automatically, vacated, without any further reference to the Court. If this order is complied within the stipulated time, Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No.19738 of 2013 be placed for admission as per C.M.I.S. date. 6.
