Learned A.P.P., on instructions of the Investigating Officer, makes a categorical statement that the applicant has submitted the original agreement, on the basis of which he claims his title over the premises.
In the wake of the aforesaid, the Investigating Officer is not desirous of having custody of the applicant.

By accepting the aforesaid statement, following order is passed.
: ORDER :
(a) Application is allowed.

2/2 6 ABA-1931-22.doc (b) In the event of arrest in connection with C.R.No.720 of 2022 registered with Dharavi Police Station, applicant-Lenin Paramasivam shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. (c) The applicant shall report to the concerned police station as and when called for.
(d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and shall not tamper with evidence.
