(i) Rule is absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- "(a) Quash and set aside FIR No.94/2016 dated 14/04/2016 registered at Deccan Police Station for offences punishable under Section 354A and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 & 67 A of Information Technology Act."
