By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioners inter alia seek the following relief :

"(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ of similar nature directing Respondent No. 2 i.e. the Central Registrar to conduct a hearing and pass appropriate orders in a time bound manner.

"

The learned Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 on instructions states that Respondent No. 2 - Central Registrar has not received representation / complaint of the Petitioners till date. The Advocate for the

PA-Nitin Jagtap 2 / 2 31-WP-6497-2021-UR.doc Petitioners states that the representation / complaint of the Petitioners has been forwarded and received by Respondent No. 2 - Central Registrar on 5 th March, 2021.

In any case, the Petitioners shall by hand delivery forward one more copy of their representation / complaint to Respondent No. 2 - Central Registrar before 05.00 p.m. on 27 th October, 2021.

The Respondent No. 2 - Central Registrar shall conduct the hearing and pass appropriate orders on the representation / complaint of the Petitioners within a period of 12 weeks from the date of this Order. 4.

Parties shall appear before Respondent No. 2 - Central Registrar through video conferencing on 1 st November, 2021 at 12.00 noon and obtain necessary directions.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 6.

The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off. As far as the other prayers in the Writ Petition are concerned, the same may be pressed by the Petitioners before Respondent No. 2 - Central Registrar.
