The consent terms have been signed by the learned Addl.GP as well as Shri D.R.Nawale, SDO, Panvel. The consent terms are signed by all the respondents except Neera Madhukar Bhoir who has affixed her left hand thumb impression. The consent terms are also signed by the learned counsel for the respondents who states that the said Neera Madhukar Bhoir is personally present before the Court. 2.

Accordingly, we pass the following order:

skn 2/2 965.04-fa--.sxw (i) The appeal and the cross-objection are disposed of in terms of the consent term;

(ii) A decree/ award shall be drawn in terms of the consent terms only after the deficit court fee is deposited on the cross-objection; (iii) The appellant will be entitled to refund of court fee on appeal as per rules and the respondents will be entitled to refund of court fee on cross-objection as per rules.
