Heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicants and the learned counsel appearing for the first and second Respondents. It is not in dispute that the Application for temporary injunction made by the Applicants during the pendency of the suit was rejected by the Trial Court and the said order was confirmed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Appeal No.188 of 2012. The main prayer in the suit filed by the Applicants has been rejected.

ash caf-3215.14 Hence, no case is made out for grant of interim relief as prayed for. It is obvious that the transactions which may be made by the first and second Respondents and the steps which may be taken by the first and second Respondents in respect of the suit property during the pendency of the Appeal shall be subject to final order which may be passed in this Appeal.

Subject to what is observed above, the Petition is disposed of.
