Heard Mr.Chandan, learned Counsel for the Applicant. 2.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 55 days in filing the application and for recalling the order dated 25th April, 2013 passed by this Court whereby Writ Petition No.5507 of 2010 was dismissed in default. Mr.Chandan states that the Respondents were not served, though notices were issued to them. 3.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Civil Application is disposed of. Writ Petition No.5507 of 2010 is restored to file of this Court. (R.G.KETKAR, J.) 1/1
