We have heard Mr. Kadam, learned advocate for the writ petitioners. Considering the fact that the selection and appointment on the post of 'Talathi' in the districts of Solapur and Satara are under challenge in these writ petitions, the

The writ petitions stand disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the Tribunal in accordance with law.
