Heard Mr. Sarda, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The respondent No. 1 has fled an affdavit in reply. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the averments in paragraph No. 7 of the affdavit in reply, the petitioner's grievance stands readdressed for the present. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner thus seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to agitate the issues again in case the necessity arises.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
