No one is present on behalf of the Applicant. 2.

This Application is pending since 2020. There is an interim protection granted by this Court on 15th February, 2021 to release the Applicant on bail in case of his arrest. On 18th March, 2023, no one was present on behalf of the Applicant. Today also, on one is present. 3.

Learned APP submitted that "B - Summary" report is submitted to the concerned Court of JMFC and the report is pending for consideration by the concerned Court. The copy of that report is taken on record and marked as Annexure - X.

From this report, it is clear that no offence is disclosed and committed by the present Applicant. The Police have come to a conclusion that forged documents have been prepared and submitted during investigation. In view of that, there are no chances as on today that the Applicant will be arrested.

Let learned Magistrate to take appropriate decision as per the merits after hearing the concerned parties.

If any adverse order is passed and if the Applicant apprehends about arrest, he is at liberty to approach the Court. 7.

In view of that, Application is disposed of.
