The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has applied for grant of No Objection Certificate (NOC) for putting up a retail outlet with the District Collector, Nasik. Same is not decided since January 2020.

The learned AGP appears for the Respondents.

In case, the Application of the Petitioner seeking NOC for establishing a retail outlet (page No.23 to the Writ Petition) is pending with the Respondents, the Respondents shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law and policy, preferably within three months.
