The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of the sole Respondent on record. The heirs are shown as Respondent Nos.1 to 3. The Respondent Nos.1 and 3 has been served where as the Respondent No.2 appears to be dead. For the present, it would be just and proper to allow the above Civil Application so as to bring the Respondent Nos.1 and 3 on record as the heirs of the original Respondent. The State may take appropriate steps or the Learned Counsel appearing for the original Respondent may bring the names of the heirs so that they can be joined as party Respondents to the above First Appeal in terms of the instant order.
