This is an application for relaxation of conditions imposed vide order dated 10th January, 2018. Applicant was granted bail. He was directed to attend the concerned police station once in a week on every Sunday in between 11.00 a.m. to 1 p.m. until further orders. Learned advocate for the applicant submits that co accused who has been granted bail by this Court has also preferred an application for relaxation of condition which has been allowed by order dated 14th June, 2018. This Court had relaxed the condition of attending Investigating Officer by the said applicant.

In the circumstance, application is allowed. Condition No. (V) stipulated in order dated 10th January, 2018 is relaxed. 3.
