Since the process of counting is continued and results of the election are not declared, it would be open for the Petitioner to raise objection after completion of election process. No interference is called for in the midst of the election process. Keeping the option open to the Petitioner to avail of alternate remedy, available in law, at an appropriate stage, writ petition is disposed of.
