The application is filed for cancellation of bail granted in favour of Mr.Nitin Patil. Heard learned counsel for the applicant. 2.

Copy of the order made by the learned Sessions Judge, Karad and copy of the First Information Report show that at the relevant time, prosecutrix was aged about 27 years. It appears that the respondent had established physical relationship with the prosecutrix by giving false assurance of marriage. Then the prosecutrix became pregnant. Subsequently, pregnancy was terminated by her and then the report was given.

In view of the nature of the allegations and the particular age of the prosecutrix, there is no possibility to interfere in the order. The application is rejected.
