1] Petitioner No.1 is present with his advocate. Respondent No.2 is present with her advocate.

2] Parties have already fled consent terms in Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai in Petition No.A-2984 of 2015. Accordingly, on 18th June 2019, the consent terms are also fled before this Court under the heading memorandum of compromise. 3] Today, respondent No.2 has given afdavit reiterating her no objection. Orally also, she states that she does not want to prosecute the matter.

4] In view of these developments, accepting joint request, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause "a." and "b." and dispose of the petition.
