This is an application for fixing the date of final hearing of appeal. The applicant was acquitted from the Charges under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 in Special (ACB) Case No.12 of 2010 by learned Special (ACB) Judge, Nashik by his Judgment and order dated 17/05/2017. i) Add Criminal Appeal No. 269 of 2018 for hearing on the weekly final hearing board commencing from 19/09/2022.

ii) The Interim Application No.2312 of 2022 is disposed of.
