The learned Counsel submits that the Petitioner has filed Appeals before Respondent No.3. Said Appeals were heard on 12th December 2019 but no decision has been taken on it as yet. If the Appeals were heard on 12th December 2019 and as yet no decision has been taken, then the Authority will have to conduct rehearing in the matter.

Considering the above, Respondent No.3 may take decision on the Appeals on its own merits in accordance with law after hearing all the parties concerned, expeditiously, preferably within four months.
