Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the aforesaid writ petition i.e. Writ Petition No. 1502/2021 states that he has no objection if the Interim Applications are allowed. He states that he will implead Mr. Sushil Naidu (applicant in IA/2570/2021) and Mr. Ravishankar Sharma & Ors. (applicants in IA/2569/2021) as respondent Nos. 24 to 28 in the petition within two weeks from today.

Amendment to be carried out within two weeks and a copy of the main writ petition to be served on both the said respondents within two weeks from today. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in the aforesaid applications.

Both the applications are disposed of accordingly. Writ petition to be listed for admission on 14th March 2022. Interim relief granted earlier to continue till the next date. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
