Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the second respondent. In view of what is stated in the affidavit

suresh 3-CAI-116.2015 tendered in the main PIL, the application deserves to be allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The learned counsel for the applicant in the application seeks time to address the Court as far as prayer clause (b) is concerned. After hearing the applicant on merits, appropriate order can be always passed in the PIL. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and is accordingly disposed of.
