The petition is filed for transfer of investigation in M.E.C.R. No. 15 of 2016 registered with Andheri Police Station, Mumbai. The transfer is sought on the ground that, there is no progress in the investigation.

Mr. Kondedeshmukh, the Learned APP, on instructions states that, initially the subject FIR ws being investigated by API. Patil. However, after the transfer of API, Mr. Patil, the investigation from the month of October, 2017, is now being carried out by API, Mr. Ajay Kulkarni. Mr. Kondedeshmukh, further states that the investigation of the subject FIR would be complete within six weeks and appropriate report would be filed before the concerned Court. The statement is accepted.

In the light of the above, we are not inclined to entertain this petition in exercise of jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petition is disposed off.
