The challenge in the petitioner is to the FIR dated 02/08/2020 filed by respondent no. 3/complainant alleging that the petitioner has committed sexual assault on her minor daughter. 2.

The fact remains that the petitioner is already charge-sheeted to which there is no challenge in the petition. 3.

In this background, as prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, we dispose of the petition.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach afresh through Writ Petition questioning the charge-sheet or in alternate seek discharge before the Court below.
