It is seen that in the memo of Criminal Bail Application No.538 of 2016, the name of applicant is wrongly mentioned as, "Balasaheb" instead of "Babasaheb", resultantly same name is carried in the order dated 30.6.2016, passed by this Court.

The learned APP has no objection to correct the name of applicant.

In this view of the above matter, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i). The name of applicant shown in the cause title of the order dated 30th June, 2016, passed by this Court in Bail Application No.538 of 2016 as "Balasaheb" be substituted by name, "Babasaheb". 6.
