ORDER:- We are inclined to disposed of the present Writ Petition as it is against the order of suspension dated 18 April 2015, filed on 17 April 2015 and as the statement is made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner that, the Petitioner is already retired in the month of August, 2015 itself.

Therefore, by keeping all points open, Writ Petition is dismissed.
