By this Interim Application, the Petitioner is seeking extension of mandate of the Arbitrator Mrs. Justice R.P. Sondurbaldota (Retired Judge of this Court) for a period of six months from 1st July, 2023 for adjudication of disputes between the parties and for hearing and passing of award. 1/2

The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents states that the Respondents consents to the relief sought for being granted.

Accordingly, by consent of parties, the mandate of the Arbitrator Mrs. Justice R.P. Sondurbaldota (Retired Judge of this Court) is extended by a period of six months from 1st July, 2023 for passing of award in respect of claims arising out of execution of Development Agreement dated 31st December, 2007 and Supplementary Agreement dated 12th October, 2009.
