The applicant has been convicted under the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (for short, "the POCSO") and under Section 376 (2) (f) and (i) of the Indian Penal Code ("the IPC") and sentenced to suffer imprisonment of 20 years. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, delay is condoned.
