1) By this application, the applicant seeks leave to serve the respondents no. 2 and 3 by way of substituted service by publication of the notice in local newspapers.

2) By an Order dated 17th June, 2016 the applicant was directed to take appropriate steps to serve the respondents no. 2 and 3 within a period of four weeks from the date of passing of the said Order. The present application is filed within the stipulated period mentioned in the said Order.

3) As the respondents no. 2 and 3 are not available at the addresses mentioned in the cause title of the application, the applicant is permitted to serve the respondents no. 2 and 3 by way of substituted service by

2 /2 3-appp-541-16.doc publishing a notice in two local newspapers, namely, "Free Press Journal" in English and "Navshakti" in Marathi and to file an affidavit of service to that effect after the publication is effected within eight weeks from today. 4) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
