1) Admittedly the Petitioners' Institute is approved by an Order dated 10 May 2016 for running the course of B. Arc. The grievance of the Petitioners in the petition is that, despite approval by the Expert Body,Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are not issuing the Government Resolution and granting affiliation for intake of the Petitioner's Institute. 2) Mr. Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that during the pendency of this petition, he came to know that Respondent

2/2 wp.8149-2016 Nos.1 and 2 have issued a Government Resolution dated 7 July 2016 approving Petitioner's courses. Copy of the said G.R. is placed on record for our perusal. Mr. Kulkarni submitted that the said Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have not included Petitioners' name in Web Portal so as to enable the students to give option of Petitioner's college. 3) Mr. Kakade, the learned AGP having taken instructions from the Officer on Special Duty of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submitted that during the course of day, Respondent Nos.1 and 2 shall include the Petitioners name in the Web Portal. Statement accepted. 4) In the circumstances, the grievance of the Petitioners does not survive. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. (A.S. GADKARI,J.) (RANJIT MORE, J.)
