The Petition was listed on yesterday's board i.e. 9 August 2017 when we had called upon the police to ensure that the minor girl Prachi is produced in Court today as we were informed that she was in Children Remand Home at Dongri.

Accordingly, the minor girl Prachi has been produced before this Court. We have spoken to her as well as the Petitioner who is her father separately also. The minor girl Prachi has expressed her desire to go home with her father. In these circumstances, the learned Counsel after taking instructions from the Petitioner has informed us that the Petitioner would not press the Petition.

O R D E R

i) Minor girl Prachi Rajesh Satpute who is presently lodged in Children Remand Home at Dongri is permitted to go to her house alongwith her father, the Petitioner.

ii) The Petitioner alongwith his daughter Prachi shall go to Children Remand Home at Dongri alongwith Shri Ramesh Ramchandra Dalvi, P.S.I., R.C.F. Police Station, Chembur, Mumbai - 400 074 and Ms. Sarika Ananta Mohite, W.P.C. No.081496, who are personally present in Court and after necessary formalities, the minor girl Prachi be allowed to go with her father/Petitioner by today evening itself. iii) In view of the above, the Writ Petition is not pressed and to stand disposed of.

All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order by the Sheristedar.
