Learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the bail application as the charge-sheet has now been fled with liberty to fle a fresh application for bail before the trial Court.

The bail application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed and the same is disposed of as withdrawn. If such an application is fled, the same shall be considered on its own merits by the trial Court. It is made clear that I have not made any observations on merits of this application.
