In Crime No.131 of 2020 punishable under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner came to be charge-sheeted with the allegation of forging PAN card. 2.

It is informed by the learned APP that the hard-disk is already sent for analysis to the Forensic Science Laboratory and the report is awaited.

We direct that the report from the Forensic Science Laboratory be expedited and be produced before the Court below within a period of three months from today. The Investigating Officer is directed to serve the copy of this order to the Forensic Science Laboratory.

In case, if the report is adverse to the interest of the petitioner, it would be open for him to take appropriate measures in the matter including that of approaching afresh before this Court. 5.
