This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed by this court by order dated 4.8.2014 while releasing the applicant on bail. As per condition No.7(ii) of the order dated 4.8.2014 the applicant has to report to the office of EOW, Mumbai on every first and third Monday till the disposal of the case of the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant informs that the charge has already been framed and the trial has commenced. Taking into consideration the said fact, in my opinion, there is no need to relax the said condition. Application is rejected.
