2613.15-caf a) The Applicant is permitted to serve Respondent No.2 in pending Civil Application No.1043/2014 (for delay) and Civil Application No.1044/2014 (for stay) by substitute service under Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 by publication in any two leading news papers having wide circulation in the last known area where the Respondent No.2 last resided, returnable after 12 weeks.

b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
