The petitioner is challenging the admission process to the Engineering course conducted by respondent No.2 for the academic year 2016-17.

2] A perusal of the record would reveal that there is no interim order passed in the present petition. The concerned academic year is already over.

3] When the petition was called out on 23rd August 2018,

YBG 906-wp-8862-16 none appeared for petitioner. Therefore, the petition was directed to be placed today for dismissal. Today also none appears for petitioner. It thus appears that the petition has lost interest in the petition.
