Heard learned counsel for the applicant. By an order dated 08/05/2015, this Court had directed the applicant to deposit Rs. 10,30,000/- within 2 weeks from 08/05/2015. In fact, the Court was not inclined to grant anticipatory bail on merits, however, in view of the statement made by the learned counsel on instructions that applicant would deposit the said amount, anticipatory bail was granted and the application was disposed of. 2) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there were inevitable circumstances due to which applicant could not comply with the order dated 08/05/2015. However, as on today, the demand draft for Rs. 10,30,000/- is already drawn and he would deposit the same within one week from today. ism

2 30.579.15 appp 3) In view of this, time for depositing the amount is extended by one week i.e. till 05/08/2015.

O R D E R

(i) In the event of arrest, applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- and one or two sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicant shall report to the concerned police station from 03/08/2015 to 06/08/2015 between 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. and cooperate with the investigating agency to the best of her capacity. (iii) Application stands disposed of.
