P.C. :- The Learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.3 on instructions from Mr. Shankarrao Dhore, Deputy Manager, Legal Department and the authorized representative of Respondent No.3 who is present in Court states that the next board meeting of Respondent No.3 is scheduled to be held only on 27th/28th October, 2021 and no board meeting shall be held before the scheduled date. In the event of any board meeting being scheduled prior to 27th/28th October, 2021, the Advocate for the Petitioner shall be given four days' clear notice in advance.
