None present for the applicant. The applicant was enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 9/7/2015. The applicant was directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- and one or two sureties in the like amount. The present application is filed seeking provisional cash bail for a period of four weeks, during which the applicant undertakes to furnish solvent sureties.

922.appp581.15.sxw Taking into consideration the fact that the order is passed on 9/7/2015 and till today, he could not be enlarged on bail, this Court is inclined to allow the application. Hence, the following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant be enlarged on provisional cash bail of Rs. 25,000/- for a period of 4 weeks from the date of release, within which the applicant shall furnish sureties. The applicant shall not seek any extension of time.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
