He states that he has received the entire amount which was agreed to be paid to him by Respondent No.4 in lieu of cancellation of the Sale Agreement executed in his favour by Respondent No.4 for sale of OfÏce No.1105 on the 11th Floor of the Building named "INS TOWERS" in "G" Block of Bandra Kurla Complex (OfÏce No.1105) and he now has no claim of whatsoever nature against the said OfÏce No.1105 and has no objection if the possession of OfÏce No.1105 is handed over to the

Shri Prakash Goti also undertakes to appear before the Sub-Registrar, Andheri to register the Cancellation Agreement/Deed dated 30th September, 2021 executed by and between him and Respondent No.4. The statements made by Shri Prakash Goti are accepted as undertakings given to this Court. The OfÏce of the SubRegistrar, Andheri shall adjudicate the Cancellation Agreement/Deed dated 30th September, 2021 within a period of seven days from today, and the parties shall thereafter forthwith move for registration of the Cancellation Deed. 2.

The Learned Advocates appearing for the Petitioner and Respondent No.4 have now tendered Consent Minutes of Order dated 1st October, 2021 (Consent Minutes). The Consent Minutes are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Minutes are signed by Mr. Ashok Suthar, authorized signatory of the Petitioner and Mr. Rajen Dhruv, Partner of Respondent No.4.
