This application seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation as deposited by the Insurance Company with the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation. It is submitted that in the accident applicant has sustained leg and head injury. As a result thereof, he is unable to do his job as driver. There is no source of income for him to maintain himself.

In view thereof, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% amount of compensation as deposited by the Insurance Company in the Tribunal, subject to furnishing of usual undertaking without insisting for any security.
