Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the Respondent-Corporation are agreed to the following order being passed :

ORDER

(a) The Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs. 5,50,650/- to the Respondent -Corporation within two weeks from today; (b) On payment of the said amount, the RespondentCorporation shall renew the license of the Petitioner within two weeks from the date of the payment;

2/2 20-wp-5067-2021.doc (c) The Respondent-Corporation shall ensure that the respective patients from whom the fees were overcharged shall be refunded to them within four weeks from the receipt of the aforesaid amount of Rs. 5,50,650/-. The Petitioner shall cooperate in all respects including providing all necessary details of the patients.
