Pursuant to our order dated 21st August 2023, Registrar (Judicial-I) has submitted a report dated 2nd September 2023. By the said report, the Registrar has stated that the aforesaid appeal registered as Criminal Appeal ought to have been registered as Family Court Appeal under Section 19 of the Family Court Act. 2.
