This application is for bringing legal heirs on record of deceased sole respondent Ram Mahadeo Kavthekar who died on 22.05.2016.

The application was filed on 13.07.2016. Same is within time.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

a) Applicant is permitted to bring legal heirs on record of deceased respondent No.1 Ram Mahadeo Kavtekar in Writ Petition No. 3027 of 2016 within four weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

b) The learned counsel Mr. R.B. Kulkarni waives service for all legal heirs of deceased Ram Mahadeo Kavthekar in Writ Petition No. 3027 of 2016.

c) Applicant is directed to provide/serve amended copy of Writ Petition on newly added respondent's Advocate immediately thereafter. d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
