One of the four accused is before this Court for quashing of FIR by consent. FIR dated 8th January, 2018 shows allegations against four persons and offences are under Sections 326, 324, 504 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the conclusion, it is apparent that this Court cannot accept alleged settlement only with one of the accused person.

Hence, keeping all contentions alive, we dispose of the present Petition.
