This is an application for recalling the order dated 2.7.2014 passed by this Court. By that order, Civil Revision Application was dismissed in default.

Mr. Patil submitted that after hearing the applicants and first respondent, C.R.A. was admitted and ad-interim order in terms of prayer clause (b) was granted. He further submitted that all the respondents in this application are duly served. However, none appears on their behalf. No reply is filed opposing the application.
